DSOGaming reports that the latest patch for the PS4 version of Far Cry 4 downgrades the game's graphics. LOL, wut? Usually, patches bring additional content, fix bugs, improve performance, etc. But this is Ubisoft we are talking about after all, don't forget.
After confirming with multiple sources, DSOGaming reports that the latest patch removes God Rays from the PS4 version of Far Cry 4. This graphical attribute wasn't a part of the Xbox One release from the beginning, but was present in the PS4 game.
What is Ubisoft really up to? Are they downgrading the game's graphics on the PS4 to reduce the disparity with the Xbox One version? We don't really have a logical explanation for this, neither do we expect Ubisoft to come up with one.
Ubisoft... Would you stop screwing gamers, PLEASE? By the way, did I mention that I'm not buying another Ubisoft game again? Not until they stop with such shenanigans.
